FAST AND DELICIOUS, ALL KINDA PEOPLE LOVE SANDWICHES

Mineloke Peak, TN – “Yum!” That’s the sound of a sandwich. You know; ham, turkey, they’ve got it all with sandwiches! Bread. Everywhere you go, everywhere I’ve ever been, you can ask all people, and they will all say, “Sandwiches!” I guarantee. Palooza park? Sandwiches. Baseball game? Sandwiches. Football game? Forget about it! They all love sandwiches there. So, face it already, sandwiches; fast and delicious.

You may have heard about regional variations of this mealtime staple, and you would have heard right. From Jackson Pines, Missouri to Flet Caper, New York, everybody has their own version. Some take it to extremes! In the southwest, they have and can’t get enough of ‘sauces,’ they put it on spread, or have slices. These people even have put on a onions on sandwich sometimes.

This trick is how you layer your meats, that’s the real big thing. Do you “fold” or “flat-lay?” Be careful your answer, saying the wrong thing in the wrong place, L.A. for example, could get you banned on or in trouble. “You can’t fold on a muffaletta!” may just be the last words you hear before you are slapped by a person who loves sandwiches.
